2、机头:头轮覆胶工艺，增大磨擦系数，提高传动效率;配有止逆装置， 避免因断电引起的堵机问题;有直联传动和链传动形式供选；
3、 筒体:采用边咬合工艺、强度好，密封性佳;增设亚衡管，平衡机体 两筒体间压力平衡。
4、机尾:新型轴端密封结构，防止粉尘外泄;采用分体式轴承座结构，保 障设备使用可靠性;可根据用户要求选配速度检测及跑偏报警装置， 确保安全正常生产。
